1. Introduction
At Threxxonchor, we are committed to your satisfaction with our products. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from our website at threxxonchor.ddd. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
This Return Policy complies with the consumer protection laws of the Netherlands and the European Union, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), which provides consumers with specific rights regarding distance contracts.
2. Your Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
2.1 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This is known as the "cooling-off period" or "right of withdrawal."
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. If you have ordered multiple goods in one order that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the last item.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this policy, but it is not obligatory. Your statement should include your name, address, order number, and the date of purchase.
2.3 Deadline for Withdrawal
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. You do not need to return the goods before notifying us of your withdrawal, but you must return them within 14 days of notifying us.
2.4 Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
3. Return Conditions
3.1 Product Condition
To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Products must be in the same condition as when you received them
- Products must include all original tags, labels, and documentation
- Products must not show signs of use, damage, or tampering
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you may handle the product as you would in a physical store, but you may not use it.
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:
- Dietary supplements with broken seals or opened packaging
- Products that have been used or partially consumed
- Products without original packaging or with damaged packaging due to customer handling
However, your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law still applies to unopened products within the 14-day period.
3.3 Proof of Purchase
You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) when returning products. Returns without proof of purchase may not be accepted.
4. Return Process
4.1 Step-by-Step Return Instructions
To return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Notify us of your intention to return the product by emailing customer@threxxonchor.world or calling +31 20 678 6780. Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and return shipping instructions within 2 business days.
- Package the Product: Securely package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation and the return authorization number.
- Ship the Product: Send the package to the return address provided in our return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed according to Section 5.
4.2 Return Shipping Address
Do not return products to the address on the package or to our business address without first contacting us. We will provide you with the correct return shipping address when you request a return authorization.
4.3 Return Shipping Costs
For returns within the 14-day withdrawal period (EU consumers): You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear those costs. The cost of return shipping is estimated not to exceed €10 for standard returns within the Netherlands and €15-25 for returns from other EU countries, depending on the size and weight of the package.
For returns outside the withdrawal period or for defective products: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs upon approval of the return.
5. Refunds
5.1 Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions outlined in Section 3. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5.2 Refund Amount

- The full purchase price of the returned product(s)
- Standard shipping costs (if applicable under EU withdrawal rights)
Your refund will not include:
- Return shipping costs (unless the product is defective or we made an error)
- Expedited or premium shipping costs you chose at checkout
- Any customs duties or import taxes (for international orders)
5.3 Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Products with obvious signs of use or damage not caused during shipping
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery (outside the withdrawal period)
- Products not in their original condition or with missing parts not due to our error
- Products returned without proper return authorization
5.4 Refund Denials
We reserve the right to deny refunds in the following circumstances:
- Products returned after the applicable return period has expired
- Products that do not meet the return conditions in Section 3

- Products that show evidence of misuse, abuse, or damage caused by the customer

6. Exchanges
6.1 Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, you must return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
This ensures that you receive your new product as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to be processed first.
6.2 Defective or Incorrect Products
If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at customer@threxxonchor.world. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the defective or incorrect item.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
7.1 Reporting Damage or Defects
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. When reporting damage or defects, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage or defect
- Photographs clearly showing the damage or defect
- Photographs of the product packaging (if damaged during shipping)
7.2 Resolution for Damaged or Defective Products
For damaged or defective products, we will offer one of the following solutions at your choice:
- A full refund of the purchase price and shipping costs
- A replacement product sent at no additional cost
- A partial refund if you wish to keep the product despite the defect
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for damaged or defective products. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.
7.3 Shipping Damage
If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
8.1 If You Haven't Received Your Refund
If you have not received your refund within the timeframes specified in Section 5.1, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted
- Contact your credit card company, as there may be processing time before the refund is posted

8.2 Refund Tracking
When we process your refund, we will send you an email confirmation with the refund amount and the date it was processed. You can use this information to track the refund with your financial institution.
9. Cancellations
9.1 Order Cancellation Before Shipment
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped by contacting us at customer@threxxonchor.world. If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of placement. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned according to this Return Policy.
9.2 Cancellation After Shipment
If your order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel it. However, you may refuse delivery or return the product once received according to the return procedures outlined in this policy.
10. International Returns
10.1 Returns from Outside the EU

10.2 Customs and Import Duties
For international returns, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees incurred during the return shipment. These fees are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed by us.
We recommend declaring returned items as "returned goods" on customs forms to potentially avoid additional duties.
11. Warranty Information
11.1 Product Warranty
All products sold by Threxxonchor are covered by the legal warranty requirements under EU law. If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination.
Under EU consumer law, you have a minimum 2-year guarantee (legal warranty) for products purchased from us. During the first 6 months after delivery, any defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless we can prove otherwise.
11.2 Manufacturer's Warranty
Some products may also come with a manufacturer's warranty. This is separate from and in addition to your legal warranty rights. Please refer to the product documentation for details about any manufacturer's warranty.
